• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor medications, offer crisis intervention, and manage psychiatric emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document patient interactions accurately.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatments.
• Participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide supervision to healthcare professionals as needed.
