About the Role:
The BCBA will play a key role in supporting student learning by developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Youll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral services and interventions to students as required by IEPs or behavior plans

  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records related to behavioral assessments and interventions

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design and monitor behavior support strategies

  • Support student wellness, social development, and academic progress through effective behavior management

  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations governing behavioral services

Qualifications:

  • Valid Alabama BCBA certification required

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
