About the Role:
The BCBA will play a key role in supporting student learning by developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Youll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral services and interventions to students as required by IEPs or behavior plans
Maintain accurate documentation and case records related to behavioral assessments and interventions
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design and monitor behavior support strategies
Support student wellness, social development, and academic progress through effective behavior management
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations governing behavioral services
Qualifications:
Valid Alabama BCBA certification required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
