• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management.
• Provide ongoing psychiatric care, monitor medications, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families about mental health and collaborate with healthcare teams for holistic care.
• Participate in case conferences, treatment planning, and emergency interventions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and stay updated with current psychiatric practices.
• Supervise healthcare professionals and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
