Seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions in a community health setting.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor ongoing psychiatric care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and participate in case conferences and quality improvement efforts.
Provide crisis intervention and manage psychiatric emergencies while maintaining accurate documentation.
Require MD or DO with Psychiatry focus, 3-5 years of clinical experience, NY State licensure, Board Certification or eligibility, and BLS certification.
Proficiency in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions, strong communication skills, cultural competency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Bilingual skills preferred.
