- Seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions in a community health setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor ongoing psychiatric care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and participate in case conferences and quality improvement efforts.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage psychiatric emergencies while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Require MD or DO with Psychiatry focus, 3-5 years of clinical experience, NY State licensure, Board Certification or eligibility, and BLS certification.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions, strong communication skills, cultural competency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Bilingual skills preferred.
