- Seeking a part-time psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for underserved populations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor ongoing psychiatric care.
- Educate patients and families, collaborate with primary care and mental health teams, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Ensure accurate documentation, manage psychiatric emergencies, and engage in professional development.
- Require MD or DO with psychiatry focus, 3-5 years clinical experience, valid NY license, board certification or eligibility, and BLS/DEA credentials.
- Must demonstrate compassionate care, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
