Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and compassionate Community Liaison to help grow our non-medical home care agency. This is an outside sales role focused on cultivating relationships within the community, building strong referral networks, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate is a natural connector who is passionate about helping seniors and their families access the care they need to remain safe and independent at home.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, physician offices, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, attorneys, financial planners, long-term care insurance brokers, and community organizations.
- Conduct regular in-person visits, drop-ins, and presentations to maintain a visible presence within the community.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach and sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, networking groups, and industry conferences to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Engage with potential clients and caregivers to understand their needs and align them with appropriate agency services.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, referrals, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to ensure sales strategies align with business goals and service capacity.
- Provide consistent follow-up with prospects and referral partners to strengthen relationships and uncover new service opportunities.
- Distribute marketing materials, create referral packets, and keep referral sources informed of relevant updates and offerings.
- Submit weekly activity reports and participate in regular sales meetings to share insights and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, ideally within home care, healthcare, senior services, or a related industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field with a flexible schedule
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
