About Job

  • Seeking a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor with a salary of $70k-$80k, depending on experience.
  • Primary duties include facilitating individual and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed methods, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting psychosocial assessments, and coordinating services for clients and families.
  • Responsibilities also involve tracking client progress, preparing discharge and aftercare plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering educational workshops on substance use topics.
  • Must hold a valid New York State CASAC credential; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • This is a full-time, in-person position focused on supporting clients in their recovery and stability efforts.
