Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Support Personnel
Location: Wilmington, DE
Dates: August 25, 2025 June 11, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | 37.5 hours/week
Lunch is paid

School Sites Available:

• Elementary, Middle, and High School (preferences considered but not guaranteed)

• Middle School Hours: 7:45 AM 2:55 PM

• Elementary School Hours: 8:25 AM 3:55 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group behavior support to students with behavioral challenges

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of school staff and BCBAs

• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

• Document behavior data and student response

• Participate in training and supervision sessions as required

Requirements:

• Previous school-based experience

• Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges

• Active RBT certification (if applying as RBT must provide proof)

• Must complete CBC fingerprinting

• Must be comfortable receiving virtual BCBA supervision
