Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Support school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior and mental health
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure
- Experience working in an elementary school setting
- Strong knowledge of child development, assessment tools, and special education laws
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
