Position: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: home-based, Bay Discovery Bay
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour
Shifts: part-time Shift needed 15 hours a week. 3:00 PM -7 PM or 8 PM based on the client's needs every Tuesday and Thursday, and needs help on the weekends if possible.
About the Case:
We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for a sweet young teen male, 12 y. The position involves helping with hygiene and showers. The client is very sweet and has behavioral concerns. Very easy redirect and managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior Accurately document session notes and incident reports Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team
RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
- Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely Male candidates are preferred due to the client’s specific needs Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
Competitive pay: $35–$40/hour based on experience
