We are seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist to provide mental health evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for an underserved community.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor medication effectiveness and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure integrated, holistic care.
• Participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention.
• Maintain accurate documentation adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide supervision to clinical staff as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatry to inform practice.
  
  

The role requires MD or DO with Psychiatry focus, 3-5 years of experience, a valid NY license, board certification or eligibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
