About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Keller, Texas area schools. In this role, you will provide expertise in behavior analysis, working closely with educators, families, and school teams to create effective behavior intervention plans and promote positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior strategies and data collection
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines efficiently
