Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated School Psychologist to provide virtual school-based services for the 20252026 academic year. This position serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade within Denton ISD (Denton, TX). The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with the flexibility and engagement skills needed for online service delivery, while holding current and valid Texas School Psychologist licensure.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual psychological assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized plans to support students academic, social, and emotional needs
Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and school staff in a virtual setting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during IEP and 504 meetings
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Current Texas School Psychologist license
Previous school-based or telepractice experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a virtual environment
