About the Role:
Ready to make a real impact? Were looking for a dynamic BCBA to join our school district in the Bristol, CT area for a leave of absence! Work onsite with K- 12th gradestudents, creating positive change through tailored behavior support. Youll collaborate with school staff, develop intervention plans, and be a key player in helping students thrive.
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Connecticut Department of Education Licensure
- School experience preferred
- Passion for making a difference

- Full Time: 30Hours/week
- K - 12th Grade Students
What You'll Do
As our school-based BCBA, you will:
- ConductFunctional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)and develop data-drivenBehavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and student support teams to implement proactive, evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Provideindividualized and small-group behavior supportsaligned with IEP goals and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
- Providesupervision fordistrict RBTs
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and school-wide behavior initiatives
