Details:

• Location: Keller, TX

• Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload: Oversee and provide behavioral support services to students; develop individualized behavior intervention plans; supervise RBTs and BCaBAs; collaborate with educators and families. District prefers to discuss more specifics during the interview to ensure the best fit based on experience.

• Pay Range: $46 to $56 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field

• Active BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Ability to supervise RBTs and BCaBAs

• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and data-driven intervention strategies

• Previous school-based experience preferred
