Details:
Location: Keller, TX
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Oversee and provide behavioral support services to students; develop individualized behavior intervention plans; supervise RBTs and BCaBAs; collaborate with educators and families. District prefers to discuss more specifics during the interview to ensure the best fit based on experience.
Pay Range: $46 to $56 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to supervise RBTs and BCaBAs
Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and data-driven intervention strategies
Previous school-based experience preferred
