We are Hiring a Part Time Behavior Technician

to work one-on-one with a client in their home in Needham

Schedule is 3:30pm to 6:30pm, 2 - 4 times a week

+ flexible 3 hour shift on Sunday

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a certified BCBA to implement individualized therapy plans
• Support the client in improving communication, social, and daily living skills
• Track progress and assist in adapting strategies to ensure success
