We welcome newly graduate pre-licensed clinicians working towards getting LCSW, LMHC, Expressive arts licenses, etc. who are committed to client well-being and professional growth. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, recognizing that this enriches our practice and the care we provide.

• Comprehensive Administrative Support: We handle all credentialing, insurance billing, and client scheduling.

• Transparent Compensation: Clinicians are compensated a fair percentage of collected insurance claims. Compensation ratios are carefully calculated based on several variables, including years of experience (before or during training), degree, credentials, specialization, previous licenses, and other relevant factors.
• Dedicated Support Team: Benefit from our dedicated payroll service and accounting support, ensuring you can focus on your clinical passion.
• Collaborative & Supportive Culture: We foster a warm, nonjudgmental environment where your comfort and confidence are paramount. We engage in ongoing evaluation and collaborative problem-solving for all cases in group and peer supervision formats.
• Outpatient Focus: As an outpatient practice, we typically work with clients who do not require a higher level of care for severe mental illness. Our team and supervisors are always available to help you navigate any unexpected client needs.
• Individual Supervision: In addition to peer and group supervision, Al-Kindi provides free individual weekly supervision by experienced supervisors to support your work with your clients.
