Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A position is available for a School Psychologist to support an elementary school in Madison, CT. This contract role extends through the current school year (CSY), providing essential psychological services to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of Special Education laws and processes.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

- Elementary school site in Madison, CT.
