Annual Salary - $200k-$350k, depending on experience

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced physician in functional and integrative medicine to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients facing complex and chronic health conditions, employing a personalized, systems-based approach. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both conventional diagnostics and holistic treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of immune system dysfunction and its impact on neuropsychiatric health
• Experience in diagnosing and managing pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders and chronic infections, such as Lyme disease and EBV
• Knowledge of immune-modulating therapies, including low-dose naltrexone, IVIG, and botanical antimicrobials
• Ability to identify and treat mold-related health issues and chronic inflammatory response syndromes (CIRS)
• Proficiency in interpreting mycotoxin and nasal microbiome testing, such as MARCoNS
• Experience with detox protocols involving binders, antifungals, and remediation strategies
• Skilled in evaluating heavy metal burden through various methods (urine, blood, hair)
• Experience with chelation therapies (oral and IV) and supporting detox strategies
• Knowledge of common sources of exposure and organ support during detox
• Expertise in functional GI testing and interpretation, including GI-MAP and Genova
• Treatment experience with SIBO, dysbiosis, candida, and gut permeability
• Familiarity with therapeutic diets (GAPS, AIP, low FODMAP) and the use of herbal antimicrobials, probiotics, and enzymes
• Skilled in assessing and managing adrenal, thyroid, and sex hormone imbalances
• Experience with hormone testing (saliva, serum) and bioidentical hormone replacement therapies
• Knowledge of conditions such as PCOS, menopause, and andropause, along with integrated treatment options

Qualifications:

• Board certification or formal training in functional medicine or psychiatry
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in integrative or functional medicine and/or psychiatry
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-system chronic conditions
• Strong foundation in both traditional and alternative diagnostic tools
