Job description:
The full time Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing direct supervision to our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technician’s. Responsibilities include conducting training’s, writing progress reports and treatment plans, analyzing data, communicating and training parents and staff, program/data collection system development, conducting behavior and skill assessments, among others.
Job requirements:
- Supervise behavior technicians to ensure that ABA methodology and procedures are being delivered with fidelity
- Supervise intensive and comprehensive behavioral programs
- Provide ongoing training and professional development in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis * Provide training, support, and consultation with families/caregivers of current clients
- Develop and monitor the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs
- Conduct formal assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, etc.) to assist in the development of treatment goals Conduct functional behavioral assessments or some other formal assessment to discover function of behavior (i.e. FA) and develop behavior intervention plans
- Ensure fidelity of data collection
- Analysis of data and updating programs/treatment plans as needed
- Complete regular clinical reviews with team members (e.g., behavior technician, parents)
- Performance of other job-related duties as allocated
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA
- BCBA Supervisor experience
- Passionate and dedicated professional
