Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a Nebraska school setting through the end of the academic year. This full-semester contract offers a dynamic environment involving varied responsibilities and a flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person psychological assessments for students aged 0-21
- Participate in individual and team meetings both onsite and via virtual platforms such as Zoom
- Complete evaluation reports and other documentation preferably from a remote location
- Collaborate with a part-time psychologist who provides one day a week of onsite support
- Manage a caseload that includes initial evaluations and ongoing psychological services
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist appropriate for practice in Nebraska
- Experience working with children and young adults in a school-based setting, handling diverse caseloads
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance in-person and remote work requirements effectively
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time hours, ideally 3 to 4 days onsite with the remainder of the week available for hybrid work
- Location based in La Vista, Nebraska
- Contract duration through to May 26 or the end of the school year (exact start date to be determined)
