Job Overview What Youll Do:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students

  • Support IEP development through data analysis and consultation

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and families

  • Deliver mental health services and behavioral interventions

  • Monitor student progress and document services in accordance with district and federal guidelines

  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Qualifications & Requirements (Florida):

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

  • Valid Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) Certification in School Psychology

  • Familiarity with IEP development, MTSS/RTI processes, and behavioral support

  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
