Job Overview What Youll Do:
Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students
Support IEP development through data analysis and consultation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and families
Deliver mental health services and behavioral interventions
Monitor student progress and document services in accordance with district and federal guidelines
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Qualifications & Requirements (Florida):
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Valid Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) Certification in School Psychology
Familiarity with IEP development, MTSS/RTI processes, and behavioral support
Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
