A little more about us…
BCBA starting salary: $90,000-100,400 [dependent upon experience]
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4pm OR Monday through Friday, 12:00am - 6:30pm

Requirements for BCBAs at PLAN:
● BCBA certification and Maryland State ABA License ( LBA)
● Leadership experience, both professionally and personally count!
● Experience working directly with kids with ASD
( our favorite population of little humans)
● Knowledge and experience with FBAs and FAs ( problem behavior stands no chance at PLAN)
● The ability to complete assessments and write assessment reports from a template
● Knowledge and experience with various standard assessments such as the Vineland,
PDD-BI, VB-MAPP and the SRS
● Background in training others including staff in the field and others outside of the field
( public speaking is a plus too!)
● Ability to collaborate with peers, parents and support staff ( our staff and parents are so
incredible)
● At least one year of experience working as a BCBA or BCaBA
● Ability to think outside the box, innovate and problem solve
● A desire to form positive relationships with parents and outside professionals (we can’t do
it without them!)
● A strong desire to change lives, one program at a time
● An ability and willingness to be involved in implementation, modeling and client care

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions for children with developmental disabilities, including autism.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support training and development initiatives.
- Lead public training educate families and staff on behavioral health strategies.

Pay: $95,389.00 - $102,023.00 per year
