Join Our Team as a Care Manager!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our Developmental Disabilities Division at All Embracing Home Care in Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care services for clients with developmental disabilities
• Develop care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Provide support and guidance to direct care staff
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Hours:

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, providing a healthy work-life balance for our team members.
