Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-Time | Rodeo, CA | 20252026 School Year

A fantastic school district located in Rodeo, CA is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential support and services to students, helping to foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives the appropriate care and instruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavior analytic support and services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development and behavior plans

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans

  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ABA standards

  • Participate in meetings and provide insight into student performance and needs

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, data collection, and behavioral intervention techniques
