About Us

Rise With ABA is a growing, family-owned autism therapy center dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care. We provide personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2–10 in a supportive, collaborative, and child-centered environment. We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our close-knit team at our Woodlands, TX location.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct and indirect assessments (e.g., FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans that meet insurance requirements for therapy authorization.
  • Develop socially significant goals for 1:1 therapy, school readiness, group, and community-based interventions
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct initial and renewal RBT competency assessments
  • Provide ongoing staff training using the Behavioral Skills Training (BST) model
  • Lead parent training sessions (weekly or biweekly)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including SLPs, OTs, and teachers
  • Monitor client progress, review data, and adjust programming as needed
  • Submit documentation, treatment plans, and session notes in a timely manner
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain open communication with Clinical Director and leadership

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Texas
  • Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
  • Credentialed with major health insurance plans (e.g., Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, etc.) is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
  • Strong communicator with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
