About Us
Rise With ABA is a growing, family-owned autism therapy center dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care. We provide personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2–10 in a supportive, collaborative, and child-centered environment. We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our close-knit team at our Woodlands, TX location.

Responsibilities
- Conduct direct and indirect assessments (e.g., FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans that meet insurance requirements for therapy authorization.
- Develop socially significant goals for 1:1 therapy, school readiness, group, and community-based interventions
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct initial and renewal RBT competency assessments
- Provide ongoing staff training using the Behavioral Skills Training (BST) model
- Lead parent training sessions (weekly or biweekly)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including SLPs, OTs, and teachers
- Monitor client progress, review data, and adjust programming as needed
- Submit documentation, treatment plans, and session notes in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings and maintain open communication with Clinical Director and leadership
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Texas
- Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Credentialed with major health insurance plans (e.g., Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, etc.) is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Strong communicator with a growth-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
