Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Keller, TX area. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs tailored to children with autism and related developmental needs. This position requires strong clinical expertise, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
Provide one-on-one or group ABA therapy, monitor progress and adjust programs as needed
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Maintain documentation, data collection, and measurable outcome tracking
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and insurance requirements
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification (BACB)
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience in delivering ABA therapy in clinical, home, or educational settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with Texas Medicaid, insurance billing, and regional service providers (a plus)
