A K-12 School Social Worker is needed for a leave contract position in New Haven, CT. This role supports students' social, emotional, and behavioral development within the school environment, working closely with educators, families, and community resources to promote student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs.
• Facilitate group counseling and social skills development programs.
• Connect students and families to community resources and support services.
