Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who are fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis and eager to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
As a BCaBA at Apara, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our clinical culture, collaborate with dynamic professionals, and provide high-quality, compassionate care.


Key Responsibilities


Reporting directly to the Clinic Director, you will:
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of services
  • Provide family guidance and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills
  • Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs/BTs to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care
  • Write and implement complex behavior support plans
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive treatment decisions
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with BACB and company policies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Active BCaBA certification, in good standing with the BACB and State Licensure (if applicable)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a practicing BCaBA (preferred)
  • Proficiency with practice management systems (Central Reach preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
