Right at Home provides in-home care for seniors and disabled adults. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We seek a creative, passionate, and enthusiastic Community Liaison who serves as the primary ambassador for Right at Home.


The position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and potential clients to promote our home care services. The Community Liaison focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving referrals, and fostering trust within the community to support the agency’s mission of delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Relationship Building: Establish partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other relevant organizations to generate referrals and promote services.

  • Community Engagement: Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of home care offerings.

  • Client Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients and their families, providing information about services and guiding them through the care process.

  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials, ensuring consistent messaging across community channels.

  • Referral Management: Track and follow up on referrals, ensuring seamless communication between the agency, referral sources, and clients.

  • Education & Advocacy: Conduct presentations and workshops to educate the community about home care options, aging-in-place solutions, and the agency’s unique value proposition.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral sources, and outcomes, regularly updating leadership on community engagement efforts.


Additional (non-essential) Functions

1. Represent the agency in the community as needed

2. Builds and maintains trusting relationships with all stakeholders.

3. Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or home care.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and senior care industry (preferred).

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

  • Competency in the following applications, including: Google Suite (Shared Drives, Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/Powerpoint), Forms

  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
