Position Overview:

The Supervisor in the Adult Outpatient Program will oversee all administrative and clinical aspects of the program. This includes service delivery to institutions and client populations within the community. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling available

• Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program needs

• After-hours crisis call coverage as needed

Travel:

• Mileage reimbursement available when using a personal vehicle

Requirements:

• Master's degree from an accredited social services program

• Full licensure in the State of Michigan (LMSW or equivalent)

• Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential at the time of hire

• Minimum of 3 years' experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders

• Experience in community mental health and knowledge of local resources - Required

• Must have a Certified Advanced Addictions Credential OR be able to obtain a professional development plan through MCBAP within 30 days of hire

• Demonstrated competence in individual, family, and group therapy

• Strong collaboration skills with clients and community partners

• High level of cultural competence and sensitivity

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational and data tracking skills

• Ability to independently manage crisis situations
