We are looking for BCBA's to perform FBA's for clients in their homes and in schools, write and implement behavior plans and supervise RBT's and Behavior Interventionists. Bilingual a plus! Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments.
• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring BIP’s.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply strategies and interventions identified as best practice for children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
• Ability to travel throughout the states of New Jersey and Delaware as needed
