About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master’s degree to join our trauma-informed practice. This is a unique opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about empowering women healing from trauma, PTSD, and domestic violence.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy full autonomy over your schedule—with no productivity quotas, no micromanagement, and no rigid expectations. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, you’ll have the freedom to create your own hours and choose when to work virtually or in our Mason office.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a valid LSW license in the state of practice.

• Has a Master’s degree in Social Work

• Is deeply passionate about supporting women through trauma recovery.

• Demonstrates a strong ethical and moral compass in clinical practice.

• Is open to mentorship and professional development in trauma-focused care.

• Is curious about or committed to building a future in private practice.

• Values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
