Currently looking to hire Special education Instructional Aide/Paraprofessional in Hollister, CA. The ideal candidate must possess previous experience as a Paraprofessional. Paraprofessional needed to work with students of all ages onsite and help students with day to day routine in classroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment for students.
• Support children with special needs, including those with autism and other disabilities, by implementing individualized learning plans.
• Facilitate engaging educational activities focused on literacy and math, while promoting effective communication skills.
• Collaborate with educators to develop and adapt curriculum materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom and outdoor activities.
