My practice specializes in supporting BIPOC communities with Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and Trauma. I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment to help clients navigate their mental health journey.

Position Overview

I am seeking a part-time Associate Therapist (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) to provide virtual therapy to clients across California. This position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to evidence-based treatment, values cultural competence, and is looking to grow as a clinician. This position is ideal for someone newer to the field willing and eager to learn and grow as a clinician (between 0-1000 hours).

Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients ages 15 and older.
• Utilize CBT and/or ERP techniques or be willing to receive training in them.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the lead therapist to ensure high-quality client care.
• Receive weekly supervision as required by the BBS

Qualifications:

• Registered Associate in California (ACSW, AMFT, APCC).
• Willing to work 30-32 hours per week
• Experience working with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and depression.
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, and/or ERP, or a strong willingness to receive ERP training (additional trainings is a plus)
• Strong documentation and administrative skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.

Pay and perks:

• $40-$42, depending on experience
• Ability to work from home, with 1 in office day
• Flexibility in scheduling (create your own schedule)
• Quarterly bonus incentives
