Saint Luke's Home Care and Hospice is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Home Care Coordinator for a full-time in-person career opportunity. The Work:
- Front office administrative duties
- Supply ordering and management
- Reports as assigned: Run, screen, update
- Work queues: Responsible for assigned work queue activities
- Coordination of care
- Collecting insurance and demographic information
- Interacting with internal and external customers
- Provides support to all departments in operations
