About Job

✨ WHO WE ARE

At Avita Therapy Services, we believe therapy is more than a service—it’s a movement. We are a harmonious blend of advocacy, science, and soul, creating a model of care that honors the full humanity of every client and the full integrity of every clinician. Rooted in neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed practice, we don’t just see diagnoses—we see stories, strengths, and untapped potential.

Here, you’re not just joining a company.

You’re joining a mission—to restore dignity, challenge exclusion, and unlock what was always there.

✨ WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO WORK AT AVITA

At Avita, our BCBAs aren’t treated like parts of a process—they’re partners in progress. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

  • You’ll feel supported, not just supervised. Supervision here means mentorship, guidance, and knowing someone always has your back.
  • Your voice will shape care. We value your expertise and insight as essential—not optional—to creating real, lasting impact.
  • You’ll experience collaboration without hierarchy. We work as a united team, where ideas are welcomed, curiosity is celebrated, and respect flows in every direction.
  • You’ll find space for both rigor and heart. Evidence-based strategies are held hand-in-hand with deep empathy, always honoring the full humanity of every client.
  • You’ll be seen, heard, and valued. We don’t just show up for our clients—we show up for each other, fully and authentically.

✨ ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a purpose-driven, heart-forward BCBA to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across in-home, school-based, and community settings. As a foundational part of our team, you’ll help shape how we serve—and who we become.

You will:

  • Conduct strengths-based assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with RBTs, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to create seamless, integrated care.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates with clarity and compassion.
  • Monitor progress and pivot with purpose—never just for protocol, always for the person.
  • Be part of a culture that values curiosity, humility, and real human connection.

✨WHAT WE OFFER

We’re a small, growing company committed to building a workplace that reflects our values—flexible, human-centered, and deeply ethical.

  • Full or part-time positions available
  • Flexible schedules, primarily 9am–3pm with occasional availability until 5pm
  • $80–$90K annual salary, depending on experience and billable minimum
  • 2 weeks PTO + 1 week paid sick leave
  • Student Loan Repayment
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with matching
  • CEU reimbursement up to $350/year
  • Accomodating caseloads, ethical billing practices
  • A team that values your mental health as much as your credentials

✨REQUIREMENTS

  • Active BCBA certification and Tennessee Licensure
  • Strong commitment to trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • Willingness to travel to client homes and schools throughout Greater Nashville
  • Ability to pass background checks and build strong rapport with families

✨WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF

At Avita, clinical excellence and human connection aren’t separate pursuits—they’re part of the same promise.

We’re building a future where:

  • Inclusion honors individuality—not conformity
  • Empowerment rises above pity
  • Voice overtakes silence
  • And dignity is non-negotiable
  • We don’t just navigate broken systems—we reimagine them.
  • And if that’s the kind of impact you want to have, we’d love to meet you.

✨WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT

We know that job searches can often feel impersonal or uncertain—but that’s not how we do things at Avita.

If your experience aligns with what we're looking for:

  • You’ll hear from us within 48 hours. We respect your time and energy, and we believe communication is care.
  • We’ll schedule an initial call to learn more about you—your goals, your approach to care, and what kind of support helps you thrive.
  • If it feels like the right fit on both sides, we’ll invite you into a second conversation to dive deeper into the role, the culture, and the meaningful work ahead.
  • From there, we’ll walk alongside you every step of the way—answering questions, offering transparency, and making sure you feel informed and empowered to decide if Avita is your next home.

Whether you join our team or not, we want your experience with us to reflect who we are: intentional, human-centered, and grounded in mutual respect.
