We are a small, client-focused retirement planning firm specializing in Federal Civilian retirement education and planning.
We are seeking a full-time, in-office, highly organized, personable, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team. This role is key to keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong client communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a warm, professional, and client-focused environment. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have previous office administration experience.
Compensation:$37,500
Responsibilities:- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment
- Handle data entry and client follow-up and before, during after planning appointments
- Schedule and coordinate appointments using Calendly
- Serve as a warm and professional first point of contact for clients
- Support team members with administrative and organizational needs
- Ensure client records and CRM data are accurate and up-to-date
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport easily with clients and colleagues
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Technical Skills: Comfort with software tools and office technology
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly
- Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of financial terms and concepts
- Insurance license not required but preferred.
- High School diploma or some college preferred
