Position Overview:

As a Music Therapist at ABA+, you’ll work directly with individuals and their support teams to help them reach personal life goals. You’ll receive guidance and support from experienced Regional Directors and Executive Leadership, all of whom are practicing, Board Certified Music Therapists themselves. Our team creates supportive, person-centered environments where everyone is empowered to succeed. The Music Therapy program is led by a practicing Music Therapist.

What You'll Do:

· Design and implement personalized Music Therapy plans for all individuals served.

· Offer direct and ongoing Music Therapy support to individuals and their families.

· Receive training from BCs on Behavior Support Plans for shared individuals.

· Collaborate with service providers and support teams to help clients meet their goals.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is Music Therapy and certification by the National Association of Music Therapists. Must be board certified prior to day 1.

· State and County background checks, CPR/First Aid certification, negative TB test, professional liability insurance, and reliable transportation with insurance.
