Comprehensive Onboarding & Ongoing Support:

Your Role as a BCBA:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and oversee data collection.
- Provide direct ABA therapy and parent training.
- Maintain a caseload of 6-10 clients, focusing on quality outcomes.
- Collaborate in monthly team and case review meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Experience with high-magnitude behaviors or early intervention preferred.
- A team-oriented, self-motivated professional with reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
