Your Role as a BCBA:

Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and oversee data collection.
Provide direct ABA therapy and parent training.
Maintain a caseload of 6-10 clients, focusing on quality outcomes.
Collaborate in monthly team and case review meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Experience with high-magnitude behaviors or early intervention preferred.
A team-oriented, self-motivated professional with reliable transportation.
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
