Join Our Team at Colorado Behavior and Learning Group (CBLG)!

Are you a passionate BCBA looking for a supportive, team-driven environment? At CBLG, a woman-owned, BCBA-led company, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of children with special needs while supporting our team with robust resources and benefits.

One of our key benefits: We take care of essential administrative and HR responsibilities — including the 40-hour RBT training, compliance and regulatory requirements, HR matters such as hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions, as well as scheduling and billing concerns — so you can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care and supporting your clients.

Why CBLG?

  • Tenure You Can Trust: Average BCBA tenure is 3.5 years.
  • Leadership by Experts: All leadership roles are held by BCBAs.
  • Flexible Schedules: Choose between 4-day work weeks (10-hour days) or a traditional Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Small Caseloads: Center-based caseloads capped at 6-10 clients with dedicated teams of 4-5 BCBAs.
  • Specialized Centers:
  • Academy Center (Ages 7 & under)
  • La Salle Center (Ages 8-12)
  • Galley Center (Ages 13-21)
  • Federal Center (Ages 12 and under) - including formal after school social skills program
  • Mission-Driven: We partner with local organizations to help children thrive in their homes and communities.

What We Offer:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • PTO & up to 12 weeks maternity/paternity leave.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid Sabbatical: A 2-week vacation for you and a guest after 5 years.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts for health and childcare.
  • Paid CEUs and license fees.

Comprehensive Onboarding & Ongoing Support:

  • Full RBT and BCBA onboarding program, with caseload obligations starting after 30–60 days — meaning no case work in your first month while you onboard.
  • In-house RBT training with live classes included.
  • Robust student program for fieldwork hours managed by Senior BCBAs, with no requirement for BCBAs to participate unless they choose.
  • Internal growth opportunities for career advancement.
  • Formal monthly mentorship for new clinicians.
  • Case consultations and supervision consultations available for all BCBAs.
  • Daily direct access to the Director team for support and collaboration.
  • Opportunities to develop and participate in research projects and attend professional conferences with the team.

Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules and a team-based approach.
Professional Growth: Continuous training, team-building events, and direct support from clinical directors.

Your Role as a BCBA:

  • Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and oversee data collection.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy and parent training.
  • Maintain a caseload of 6-10 clients, focusing on quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate in monthly team and case review meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience with high-magnitude behaviors or early intervention preferred.
  • A team-oriented, self-motivated professional with reliable transportation.
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
