About Job
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide clinical supervision to mental health staff (associates, licensed professionals, and PhD candidates).
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and educational standards (e.g., BBS, NASP, IDEA).
- Oversee assessment planning, behavior intervention, and service delivery.
- Review and approve mental health assessments, reports, and documentation. Support crisis intervention and provide consultation for complex cases.
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives.
- Be available for on-call consultation and support as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong knowledge of special education law, mental health assessments, and mental health practices in school environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/on-call role.
Education and Experience:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid California license as a Clinical Psychologist required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in school or child-focused mental health settings.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $75.00 - $87.00 per hour
