Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Type: Full-Time

Summary

We're seeking an experienced BCBA to deliver ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities, including assessments, treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with families to support skill development and positive behavior change.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments using evidence-based tools (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, skill acquisition programs, and behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and education.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as required.
  • Experience implementing ABA principles with children and families.
  • Strong assessment, program development, and supervisory skills.
