POSITION & REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY: 

Join a rapidly growing company in the healthcare industry! As a key member of the Elevate Healthcare team, the Application Specialist will work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality products and services. This role will involve collaborating with various departments such as Engineering, Product Management, and Internal QA to drive and maintain top-notch quality performance. By leveraging quality tools, this individual will play an integral role in shaping and enhancing the quality culture at Elevate Healthcare. 

The digital landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, and Elevate Healthcare remains on the cutting edge with innovative software technologies. We’re looking for a skilled application specialist who is technically savvy, customer-focused, and excited to make a difference. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys digging into issues, and loves helping others. This person should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team in customer support. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful to succeed quickly in this role. The application specialist will have an immediate effect on our business success as well as the success of our clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Be the first point of contact for customers using our software applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 support issues via phone, chat, or email
  • Document all cases in Salesforce, keeping customer records up to date
  • Work closely with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Process sales orders and materials requests using Salesforce and/or Deltek
  • Support warranty processes and generate quotes for out-of-warranty repairs
  • Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
  • Help test returned hardware and provide feedback for product improvements
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers

Required skills and qualifications 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field OR 3+ years of equivalent support experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal
  • A customer-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership

PREFERED 

  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce is a big plus
  • Familiarity with Deltek or similar order management systems is a bonus

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.  

 

GENERAL: 

•    Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures both at Elevate Healthcare and wherever Elevate Healthcare is represented (i.e., program site, trade show, etc.).  

•    Performs all duties in complete compliance with all legal and ethical standards.  

•    Maintains the security of proprietary information.   

•    Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.  

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

•    Ability to operate standard office equipment.
