About the Program
We are seeking high-energy, mission-driven Licensed Social Workers (LMSW or LCSW) who are fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic mental health program in senior centers located in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Our program focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to adults age 60 and older, addressing depression, social isolation, and anxiety through individual and group therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy to seniors aged 60+ in a supportive and collaborative setting.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused, behavioral-oriented, and skill-building approaches.
• Participate in mandatory team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with program and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for program participants.
• Attend and complete required continuing education units (CEUs) and in-service training provided by the program.

Qualifications

• Current NYS LMSW or LCSW license in good standing (required).
• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• At least one year of clinical experience working with older adults or similar populations preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and cultural competency.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
