About the position:
The position that is currently available is as a registered line technician, or RLT. This person is responsible for the 1:1 care with our kiddos. They teach and provide direct therapy to the children, as well as collect data, implement science driven programs, and input data. Our technicians receive training from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and will continue to receive supervision and training throughout their time at ATLAS. For candidates interested in salary based RLT positions, Bachelor's or Master's level degrees are required. Both hourly and salary candidates must have a legal driver license and must be able to pass a background check issued by the state. All candidates must have at least a high-school diploma.
Preferred candidates could include:
- Any experience working with children
- A background in ABA, OT, Speech, Psychology or Education
- Experience as an behavior line technician
- Enrolled in an ABA Master's program
- Excited, energetic, and motivated individuals
Other things to consider:
ATLAS is closed on Fridays. Full time hourly employees work approximately 28-34 hours per week. During the first 30-90 days of employment, hourly workers receive over 40 hours of training that can be used to acquire an RBT license. Technicians who are enrolled in a BCBA tailored master's program can receive higher pay and additional benefits, which can be discussed during the interview.
Tenured option and benefits: After working with ATLAS for 6 months, select individuals will be afforded the opportunity to become tenured. Benefits include: health insurance, vision / dental, 401k with matching, PTO.
Full time schedule:
- Monday - Thursday from 8:15 - 3:45 (4:00 if tenured) 30 - 34 hours per week
Part time schedule:
- Monday - Thursday from 8:00 - 12:30 OR
- Monday - Thursday from 8:00 - 1:30 OR
- Monday - Thursday from 11:30 - 3:30 OR
- Monday - Thursday from 12:30 - 3:30
Starting pay:
- Full time candidates: $16- 18.50 / hour
- Part time candidates: $16 - 17 / hour
