Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Counselor at Grow Well Cleveland, LLC., located in Cleveland, OH, with some flexibility for working from home. The Counselor will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate client records, and providing crisis intervention as needed. The Counselor will also collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in continuing education to stay current with therapeutic practices.


Qualifications

  • Experience with various counseling approaches such as cognitive, existential, and narrative therapies
  • Skills in conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to handle emergency situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • State licensure as a Counselor or Therapist is required
  • Experience working with a diverse client population is preferred
