Residential, PHP & IOP – Adults or Adolescents

Eating Disorder Treatment Facility


$70K–$90K annual

Full-time | Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Location: Denver, CO

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager who is a compassionate Mental Health Therapist licensed as an LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD in Colorado to lead our Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.

Opportunities are available to oversee programming for either Adult or Adolescent patients.


In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise milieu staff, collaborate with clinical leadership, and ensure exceptional care for individuals in treatment for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.


LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily schedules for groups, meals, and therapeutic activities tailored to the assigned patient population.
  • Supervise milieu and behavioral health staff, ensuring coverage, quality care, and adherence to program structure.
  • Manage program logistics, including attendance records, supply inventory, and policy compliance.
  • Partner with clinical, dietary, and nursing teams to integrate individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate patient and family orientation processes.
  • Lead special programming such as outings, holiday events, and family engagement activities.
  • Provide backup coverage for group facilitation or meal support when needed.


LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD Program Manager Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Licensed in Colorado as LPC, LP, or LCSW (or eligible within 90 days of hire).
  • Supervisory experience in behavioral health or residential treatment settings.
  • Experience working with adults and/or adolescents with eating disorders and dual diagnoses preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, EMRs, and scheduling software.
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
