The Opportunity:

We are looking to add a Community Liaison/Marketer/Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities for the Community Liaison role include:

• Coordinating referrals for home health & hospice care services
• Establishing new contacts with referral sources within the community
• Strengthening relationships with past referral sources
• Providing updates on referrals at weekly marketing meetings

The ideal candidate in this role needs to be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Prior home health and/or hospice marketing/sales experience is required. Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.

The territory is Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield and the surrounding areas. Applicants must reside in or close by this area and have home health & hospice contacts within this territory.

Note: starting pay is dependent upon experience ($60,000-$80,000 annually) and there is an additional uncapped monthly bonus based on referrals.
