About Job

Document all interactions accurately, thoroughly, and timely in the OSS system.

Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and all regulatory guidelines.

Recognize and report safety concerns or crisis situations in accordance with OSS protocols.
