Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of life for clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Advocate for the needs of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities within various settings.
Skills
- Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Skilled in data collection methods to evaluate behavioral interventions.
- Expertise in applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Experience working with children in various settings, including clinical or educational environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
